At its heart is a blend of Pinot Noir and Dornfelder, a lesser-known grape that adds juicy, fruit-forward charm to Pinot’s elegance. Crafted by Daniel and Jonas Brand, fifth-generation winemakers in Germany’s Bockenheim region, it’s made from organic grapes, naturally fermented, and left unfined and unfiltered for a pure expression of flavour — a little cloudiness in the glass is simply part of the story.
