At Ottolenghi, we take great pride in the quality of our artisanal products and want you to be delighted with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, returns are generally limited to non-perishable goods or items that arrived damaged.
Return Process

Email our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and any relevant photos if your items arrived damaged or incorrect.

Our team will review your request and confirm if the items are eligible for a refund or a replacement based on our freshness guarantee.
- 3.Return Shipping
For non-perishable items like cookbooks or pantry staples, we will provide a return shipping label to be used within 7 days of approval.

Once we receive the returned goods or verify the damage, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
